DIRECTOR

Lisa Kagan has over 18 years experience working with Standardized Patients and developing educational scenarios. In 2006 Lisa developed and Managed the first Standardized Patient program at McGill University's Medical Simulation Centre.   From 2006 to 2011 she worked at McGill University with various medical departments and all levels of health care practitioners developing simulation based programming in communication and assessment. She worked through Simulation scenarios and OSCE’s from 1st year med students to Residents in the area of Nursing, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Restraints Protocol, Palliative Care, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Faculty development, Spiritual care, Physicianship, Otolaryngology, Ultrasound, Urology and a few more! Lisa was also instrumental in working with the McGill Medical admissions department on their new admissions program developing the MMI Multiple Mini Interview process.

Most recently Lisa has worked as an independent OSCE coordinator and collaborator with National and International organizations and research teams, as well as a Standardized Patient educator and trainer for corporate events and medical training.   SCS is operated by Shift Space Inc.
